Ryan Stern, PT, DPT


Ryan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Washington University with an emphasis in Human Biology. He chose to receive his professional education at Des Moines University – Osteopathic Medical Center. There he graduated with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Shortly after, he returned for his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

Since 2001, Ryan has been refining his skills as a manual therapist and has a special interest in strength and conditioning to help with our local athletic population. When he is not working with his patients, he would likely be found riding his mountain bike, or backpacking , or just relaxing with his family.


Nancy Mack, PT


Nancy has had diverse experience as a physical therapist over the past 20+ years since completing her degree at Cleveland State University in 1995. She assisted clients with orthopedic, neurological, acute, chronic and complex medical conditions to decrease their pain and regain their mobility. She enjoys getting to know each person and tailoring their treatment to their unique needs and goals. She has a long standing interest in wellness and continues to read and study in diverse areas of health and wellness to further her knowledge. Nancy has resided and practiced in Spokane since 2005 and loves to spend her free time outdoors, practicing yoga, listening to music and enjoying time with her family.


Stacy Taylor, PTA


Native to the Spokane area, Stacy graduated from the SFCC Physical Therapist Assistant program. She has worked with a lot of neurologically involved patients, which can be challenging but, she finds it to be really interesting.

She enjoys being physically active by dancing, running and wakeboarding. Her young son and rambunctious puppy also keep her on the go. In her free time she enjoys playing piano, gourmet cooking and DYI projects around the house.


Carley Gallinger, PTA


Carley graduated from Spokane Falls Community College Physical Therapist Assistant Program in 2008. She has worked for over 9 years at Sacred Heart Hospital  where she specialized in post op orthopedics, cardiac and neurological rehabilitation. Carley likes to take a functional, holistic approach to rehabilitation and finds value in personally connecting with her patients. In her free time she enjoys camping, snowboarding, working in her garden and spending time with her husband and two young boys.


Dawnya Still, LMP


Dawnya graduated from Ashmead Massage School in Seattle, WA in 2004 where she was also born and raised. She has gained experience treating injuries and common ailments during her 12 years of work with a Chiropractor and loves a challenge. She has experience in Swedish, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. Deep tissue is her preferred massage technique. When she is not working with her patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. In the warmer months, they enjoy spending time in the outdoors exploring parks and trails and also love to SUP and kayak the many lakes in the area. When it cools down, we enjoy playing board games together and watching movies.


Melina Tawney, Office Manager, Billing Coordinator


Coming from nearly a decade of work in the Providence Health Care system, Melina brings a great deal of experience and personality to our office.  She really enjoys her job.  Interacting with patients and solving some of the complexities of the insurance world are the highlights of her day.  No task is too big and the more challenging the better.  Outside of work she is with her husband of 8 years and their two young children that keep them very busy, which is why relaxing at the lake with family and friends is a must. 


Tiffany Van Eaton, Scheduling Coordinator


Tiffany is a senior at Eastern Washington University where she is pursuing a Bachelors of Arts degree in Health Service Administration. She has spent the last 4 years living in Spokane but is originally from Bothell, WA. When she is not working or studying, she enjoys running, lifting weights, reading, and spending time with her family.
